The soft version of the TG10 Flannel Mallet is built to produce a velvety tone with quick immediacy in the attack. Unlike other big flannel mallets, this one is "voiced" several times to create a soft focused attack without any extraneous "noise". This mallet is great when a big full sound is needed, at all dynamic levels.
